NEEDED
TO PRODUCE FILM: CONVERT TO CURVES \ CREATE OUTLINES for all screen & printer fonts used in
document. Please
send each colour required as separated - VECTOR FORMAT. Save all
picture files in CMYK format with a resolution of 600+0 DPI or higher.
Hard copy of ALL files. All embedded art files must be included.
FORMAT
SPECIFICATIONS: Copy size 3/4" X 3/4" square with .25" around final trim edge
of product. Use .125" bleed if required. All files are output at 600+ DPI
for silk screen making unless directed otherwise. The standard trap amount we use is .4 pt.
PREFERRED
APPLICATIONS AND FILE FORMATS: Adobe Illustrator
9 or older, CorelDraw 10.0 or older, Adobe Photoshop 7 or older.
We prefer Windows PC-based files.
Accept MAC-BASED pre-press based files.
Pictures
should be saved as AI, EPS, Tiff, or Jpeg at 300 DPI or
higher. Mac or IBM text (prefer Text Only format);
PROOFING
YOUR ARTWORK: When placing
an order, please indicate the type of proof you require.
Paper Proofs: One free proof by fax will be sent for new orders only if requested. Paper proofs
or blue prints by mail will be charged. A request for a proof on a repeat order will also be
charged. Contact our customer service representative for costs.
